We meticulously evaluate as-is processes, spanning brewing process technology from raw material handling to bright beer tanks, syrup and beverage mixing technology for RTDs and soft drinks, as well as bottling and packaging in various formats, containers and materials. We specialize in identifying potentials for improvements, whether technical, technological, financial, or organizational. Our team then develops and implements adequate measures tailored to your needs. Additionally, we provide monitoring and accompanying services during implementation and excel in recipe development for product excellence. We suggest adequate maintenance and servicing management, assist in the evaluation of spare parts inventories, and develop joint concepts for their optimization. 

We accompany CAPEX projects within the industry. We start by understanding the customer’s needs and then elaborate on tender documents. We provide support in decision-making for contract awarding. Throughout the entire project phase, we act as an efficient bridge between the customer and supplier. We conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at the supplier site and provide on-site supervision at the customer’s location during installation, commissioning, acceptance, and hand-over.

We manage the purchasing of raw materials, consumables, and supplies for breweries through our extensive network of industry suppliers and support in preparing tender documents and contract awarding. Concurrently, we advocate for sustainability by promoting the use of local materials and optimizing resource utilization, such as thermal energy, water, and electricity. Additionally, we facilitate the substitution of CO₂ by N₂ in selected processes, contribute to reducing CO₂ footprint and aim to minimize packaging materials through innovative, eco-friendly alternatives that align with sustainability goals.
